Breaking Out of Dis-serving Communication Patterns

About This Event

Join us for an interactive emotional wellness event with Triva Ponder, LMFT, to learn how to break out of dis-serving communication patterns.

Triva is a therapist, speaker and the founder of Inner Freedom. She will be speaking on dis-serving communication patterns and how to have more effective, positive communications.

Over a series of four 1-hour sessions, we’ll dive into important emotional wellness topics to help you gain techniques to address the relationship you have with yourself and learning techniques to bring you to self-acceptance.

These aren’t going to be boring zoom calls, they are going to be active, interactive, immersive workshops with hands on learning and activities to to deepen your understanding and cover vital topics for your day to day emotional health.

Triva will be leading you through mini lessons, activities, discussions, reflections, Q&As and more! And you’ll learn alongside a small group of others just as interested in strengthening their emotional wellness.

Once your workshop is complete, we welcome you to continue the conversation in our supportive forums to continue your journey to increased emotional wellness.

3rd session: September 20th, Thursday, 6-7pm PST

4th session: September 26th, Thursday, 6-7pm PST

While attendence at all four workshops is not mandatory, we highly recommend joining in for all if you can. We can’t wait to see you there!

About The Host

Triva Ponder

LMFT

Trivia is a licensed therapist (LMFT)and the president of InnerFreedom. She has additionally completed a year of training in Gestalt with the Pacific Gestalt Institute and is certified as a CBT-TEAM practitioner. She incorporates psychodynamic and mindfulness features based on a client-centered approach, in a non-judgmental, collaborative process. She has been participating in mindful, silent retreats since the 1990s, with additional training in somatic studies and mindfulness. With couples, she uses elements from the Gottman Method, Bowen Theory, family systems and Non-Violent Communication techniques. She specializes in counseling, coaching, individual therapy, couples therapy, communication skills, spiritual psychology, and mindfulness.
