Burnout & self-compassion

About This Event

Join us in circle for an interactive emotional wellness event with Emily Rosenbaum, M.A., LPCC, to learn how to effectively manage burnout with self-compassion.

Emily Rosenbaum – our guest for the workshop – brings over a decade of experience as a licensed psychotherapist based in California. She’ll be drawing upon the works of Emily Nagoski, PhD, Amelia Nagoski DMA and Dr. Kristen Neff and their works The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle and The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself respectively to help us learn more about burnout and how to break out of it for the long-term.

Why is this important? Because our emotional wellness determines in large part how we feel through the day. And having the tools to address the ups and downs of daily life can drastically improve our ability to feel happier, calmer, less stressed, and burnt out.

Once your workshop is complete, we welcome you to continue the conversation in our supportive forums to continue your journey to increased emotional wellness.

Bring a notebook, an open mind, and your questions! We can’t wait to see you there!
